Most good quality detergents, washing machines and fabrics are manufactured to ensure that when the stated instructions are adhered to and the garment is washed according to the said temperature and dried as per the procedures mentioned; they will wash well and look good after each wash.

  The following points should be used as guidelines for all garments:

  Before washing, close all zips, undo buttons, check pockets for loose or sharp objects, flatten out collars and cuffs.
  Always refer to the Label before Washing.
  Always check to ensure the Washing Machine is not overloaded.
  Use a good quality detergent and ensure that the right amount of detergent is used.

We prepare the design and email a preview for you to check the spelling, colours, size and placement. Production starts after your approval.

Included logo positions and stitch allowances depend on the product you choose. Check the product details and option prices. Additional positions are charged separately.

1. Choose your garments, sizes and colours. For bundles, check that the quantities match the advertised contents.
2. Upload your logo or provide your text, then choose any additional logo positions you require.
3. Check and approve your email preview, normally sent within 3–4 business days of purchase.
4. Total estimated turnaround is 10–14 business days from placing your order, including logo approval, production and delivery. Business days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Please approve your logo promptly; delayed approval or changes may extend this estimate.
